GUARANTEE AND WARRANTIES
There are a number of voluntary warranties and guarantees that apply to the AMWAY products and AMWAY distributed products you purchase. In particular, this includes our 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Guarantees and warranties do not apply where products have been damaged or misused after receipt.
100% 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Any time you purchase an AMWAY product or an AMWAY distributed product, you have the right to use it for a reasonable time (90 days) to determine whether it is satisfactory and whether you want to keep it. If you decide that it is not satisfactory, you will be offered a choice of replacement without charge, full credit towards the purchase of another product or a refund of your full purchase price. Exclusions:
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged or misused after receipt; products that have been made and delivered to customer order or to services.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to: goods or serviced purchased from Partner Stores or through other linked sites; Vendor Direct products; products that have been damaged or misused after receipt; post earrings that have been removed from their packaging; products that have been made and delivered to customer order; or to any Services. This guarantee does not apply to individual items in kits (or packs). Kits are multiple products grouped together at a single price (often at a discount). Exchange or refund will only be accepted for all items within a kit. No exchange or refund will be accepted for individual items within a kit.
In addition to our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, some products may also be covered by additional specific written warranties.
Statutory or Implied Warranties
Our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and the additional warranties referred to above provide additional rights to those statutory or implied warranties available under consumer protection legislation.
