If you do need to return a product, it is simple and convenient to do.

Please follow the procedures below:

Returning a product via Post Haste

  1.  Call Amway on 0800 611 611 and advise them you wish to return a product
  2. Amway will post you out a RMA or Returns form.
  3. Fill in the RMA Form and contact the nearest Post Haste in your area to arrange a return free of charge.
  4. Enclose 1 copy of the RMA form inside the carton and retain 1 copy for your records
  5. Ensure you have the label on the outside of the carton and Post Haste will collect.

Returning a Product via your local Amway Business Centre

  1. Visit the Auckland Business Centre with the product and your original receipt
  2. Obtain from staff a RMA form
  3. Complete the RMA form and give it to the staff with the product
  4. Your return will then be sent to our Returns Dept for processing.
