Blueberry yogurt parfait

| INGREDIENTS |
| 200g low-fat Greek yogurt |
| Low-carb sweetener to taste (Stevia, Monk fruit sweetener, etc.) |
| 250g blueberries |
| 15g chia seeds |
| 10g Nutriway All Plant Protein Powder |
| 30g oat flakes |
| 1 tablespoon peanut butter |
| 30ml veg milk |
| 10g flaked almonds |
INSTRUCTION
Put the Greek yoghurt in a cup with protein and sweetener and mix. Put 200g of blueberries into a small pot and heat over low heat until cooked for about 3/4 minutes. Mash the berries with a fork. Add the chia seeds and stir. Let it cool.
Mix oats flakes, veg milk, peanut butter, protein and flaked almonds and heat over low heat for 3 minutes. Compose your parfait in a tall glass: alternate a layer of yoghurt, one of blueberry jam and one of the cooked oats until you run out of ingredients. Garnish with the remaining fresh blueberries.
