Rules Of Conduct
Amway prides itself on being an equal opportunity business – it offers an opportunity to people from all walks of life! The Amway business is accessible to everyone, and the Rules of Conduct work to protect all Independent Business Owners (IBOs) in conducting their business.
These Rules are not in place to police IBOs or restrict their activity within the business. They act as a foundation for building a stronger and more stable business, outlining how best to run your business to get maximum benefit and reward.
The Rules work to support, guide and protect you, and also protect Amway, so the company can continue to grow and succeed.
It’s important all IBOs read the Rules of Conduct and have a proper understanding of their obligations within the Amway business.
IBOs are required to observe and follow these Rules, which define the goals, principles and responsibilities of building and operating an Amway Business. The Amway Rules of Conduct are consistent with the Code of Practice of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) in New Zealand and the Code of Ethics of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).
